Mr Young-Zvandasara provides specialised eye care for the vitreous and retina, including and not limited to surgery for Macular Holes, Epiretinal Membranes (ERM), significant floaters, Retinal Detachment, Complications of Diabetic Eye Disease, Trauma and complications from other eye surgery. We strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment for you.
Using advanced techniques Mr Young-Zvandasara safely and effectively removes cataracts to restore clear vision. We provide individualised care and guidance throughout the entire process.

Mr Young-Zvandasara is an experienced Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon specialising in vitreoretinal surgery and cataract surgery. He treats a wide range of retinal conditions, including macular holes, epiretinal membranes, retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, and more. He also performs complex and routine cataract surgery, including managing complications.
With his expertise in both cataract and vitreoretinal conditions, Mr. Young-Zvandasara provides comprehensive eye care to his patients.
His dedication to eyecare innovation led him to undertake an Engineering Masters. His research was focused on the feasibility of Bionic Eyes. This formed the foundation of his research interests. He is a visiting Lecturer at the University.
He is a keen tennis player, enjoys travel and spending time with his family.
